Landzer 1.0.1 release!

Landzer finds itself a slight upgrade in version 1.0.1!

• Added cartsaving, so your high score will remain even if you take a break and close the game.
• Improved UI elements/animation.
• Improved animations for boost and hearts.

This is the first update to Landzer, and probably the last unless I'm inspired to make a song for the game.
